All Paws In is The Dogtors®’ structured, evidence-based canine-assisted programme designed for individuals with intellectual disabilities and diverse learning needs. The programme partners our Dogtors as co-facilitators to support the development of social-emotional skills, communication, confidence, and functional life skills in a safe, engaging, and measurable way.
All Paws In is a goal-oriented programme, co-designed with professionals and delivered by our accredited handlers under strict welfare, safety, and hygiene standards.
Each programme is customised in partnership with the centre, school, or organisation to support specific participant goals, which may include:
Emotional awareness and regulation
Social communication and interaction
Confidence and self-initiation
Attention, focus, and impulse control
Activities of daily living (ADLs)
Sensory processing and body awareness
Teamwork and cooperative skills
Dogs are included as natural, motivating partners to create real-life learning opportunities where participants can practise skills in a way that feels safe, engaging, and meaningful.
All Paws In follows a structured process:
Goal Setting
We work with your team to identify clear, relevant goals for your participants.
Programme Design
Our specialists design activities that incorporate our Dogtors to support those goals in practical, observable ways.
Structured Sessions
Sessions are delivered in small groups by trained Dogtors and accredited handlers, with activities adapted to participants’ abilities and needs
Outcome Measurement
We use simple pre- and post-session tools to track engagement, emotional responses, participation, and other agreed indicators. This helps teams demonstrate impact and guide programme refinement.
All Paws In is designed for:
Day Activity Centres (DACs)
Special education schools
Social service agencies
Disability homes and residential facilities
Community-based disability programmes
Corporate volunteer programmes supporting disability inclusion
The programme can be adapted for adolescents, adults, and mixed-ability groups.

Yes. All our Dogtors are carefully screened and matched to appropriate programmes. Handlers are trained to read canine stress signals, manage interactions safely, and advocate for their dogs’ welfare at all times.
Participation is always voluntary.
We work with your team to identify participants who are suitable, and sessions are structured so individuals can observe from a distance or opt out if they prefer. We have seen many cases of participants who were initially afraid of dogs overcome their fear through the programme.
While one-off sessions can be arranged, most partners engage All Paws In as a recurring programme (e.g. weekly or monthly). Regular sessions allow participants to build familiarity, trust, and sustained skill development.
